Administrative Coordinator

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Perform general clerical duties including, but not limited to, copying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • File and retrieve organisational documents, records, and reports.
  • Follow up of administrative tasks.
  • Typing and formatting documents.
  • To provide secretarial duties.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • HSC 
  • 1-2 Years of relevant working experience in a similar position.

OTHER REQUISITES

  • A can do, positive attitude.
  • Dynamic, committed, and proactive.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work on his/her own initiative and within a team environment.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Digitalised Client Screening, profiling and enhanced due
diligence

FATCA/CRS Reporting​

Assistance to comply with US Foreign Account Tax
Compliance Act (FATCA) & OECD Common Reporting
Standards (CRS):


• Apply the prescribed due diligence rules and completing the
‘Self-Certification’ exercise;


• Design and implement internal processes and procedures to
ensure compliance under FATCA/CRS;


• Assist in compiling, assessing, validating and reporting the
reportable information under FATCA/CRS to the competent
authorities in XML format.

• Run an independent onsite AML / CFT audit


• Run a Consultancy and Project Development programme
