Human Capital (HC) Engagement and Welfare Coordinator

DTOS seeks a Human Capital (HC) Engagement and Welfare Coordinator who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and welfare. The incumbent will work closely with the HC Team to create programs that promote a positive work environment and support the overall well-being of our employees.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, workshops, and feedback sessions.

• Monitor and report on employee satisfaction and morale through regular surveys and meetings.

• Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and promote a healthy work-life balance.

• Design and oversee wellness programs that include mental health support, fitness challenges, and health screenings.

• Advocate for employee needs and act as a liaison between staff and management to foster a culture of openness and respect.

• Manage employee recognition programs that celebrate team and individual achievements.

• Stay informed about the latest trends in employee welfare and engagement strategies.

• Any other cognate duties related to the position.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

• At least 2 years in an HR or employee engagement role.

OTHER REQUISITES

• A can do, positive attitude.

• Strong understanding of best practices in employee relations and engagement.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to lead initiatives with empathy and a people-first approach.

• Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude.

• Team player, dynamic, committed and proactive.

Assistance to comply with US Foreign Account Tax
Compliance Act (FATCA) & OECD Common Reporting
Standards (CRS):


• Apply the prescribed due diligence rules and completing the
